Terms & Conditions

AAA State Inspection

1. Services and Appointment Requests

AAA State Inspection provides automotive-related services, which may include state inspections, oil changes, routine maintenance, automotive repairs, and related services.

Submitting an appointment request through our website does not automatically create or confirm an appointment unless we expressly state otherwise.

If you request a preferred appointment date or time, our team may contact you to confirm availability.

Your appointment is considered confirmed only after AAA State Inspection communicates confirmation to you.

2. Pricing and Promotional Offers

Prices, discounts, and promotional offers displayed on our website or advertisements may be subject to limitations, eligibility requirements, vehicle specifications, expiration periods, taxes, shop supplies, additional parts, additional labor, or other terms.

For example, an advertised oil-change offer may apply only to a specified quantity or type of oil.

Additional oil, specialty filters, vehicle-specific requirements, disposal fees, taxes, shop supplies, or additional services may result in additional charges where applicable.

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in to SMS communications from AAA State Inspection, you agree to receive text messages consistent with the consent you provided.

Messages may include:

Appointment-request acknowledgments

Appointment confirmations

Appointment reminders

Scheduling and rescheduling communications

Customer-service responses

Service-related follow-up

Information regarding automotive services you requested

Promotional or marketing messages where you have separately consented to receive them

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

For help, reply HELP or contact AAA State Inspection at (972) 242-5122 or [email protected].

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

HighLevel’s current A2P guidance specifically calls for the sender to be identified, message types to be explained, frequency disclosed, “message and data rates may apply” language included, and STOP/HELP instructions provided. HighLevel Support Portal

4. Consent and Communication Preferences

Providing a telephone number does not automatically mean you consent to all forms of SMS marketing.

Where required, AAA State Inspection will request affirmative consent before sending marketing text messages.

If separate consent is offered for service-related and marketing messages, you may choose whether to consent to each category.

Consent checkboxes are not intended to be preselected, and marketing SMS consent should remain optional

5. Email Communications

If you provide an email address, we may use it to respond to inquiries, communicate about requested services, send appointment-related information, or send marketing communications when permitted.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link provided in those messages.

Vehicle service recommendations may change after our technicians inspect the vehicle.
